HEALTHY Living, STRONG Lifting!

Let this sink in for 8.2 seconds:

I was like 290ish in January of 2013. 
I took yoga at college on the 3rd week of January. 
I finished taking Yoga (at college) in late April. 
I was also doing mild/moderate cardio/strength workout. 
I fell off and stop doing everything after my birthday (May).
It is now October and I am at 264-266ish even though I have started to eat better since mid September. 
Fuck the Pounds. Pay attention to inches. 
Yoga did that shit.
Now that I am educated in healthy eating, cardio, strength training, and Yoga,
I will finally learn to have fun with health and fitness. 

What am I trying to say?
You should try and then start doing yoga. That shit makes a motherfucker lean as fuck. People was telling me I was smaller after a month of doing it 1hr 30mins, 2 days a week for 12-14 weeks. 
Oh and LOTS OF PLANKS AND PUSHUPS AND FAT BURNING OFF THE TUMMY AND MUSCLES FORMING AND SHIT.
GUYS.

YALL REALLY GOTTA GET IN THAT SHIT.
And if you fat and unhealthy like me, most weight related back pain will be gone (well as long as you keep it up and workout and eat properly and all that good shit).

Like this is a PSA and shit. I think SassyYogi and somebody else has yoga challenges. Everybody need to get on that shit. Even if you can’t do one everyday. Try to do some a month if possible.
